Angry Facebook User Lambast “Dema-Naa” Movie Producers



Two days after the final funeral rites of late Tamale Entertainment Chief, Mohammed Hafiz Dema-Naa Choggu I, a film production house N Nye Yam is already monitaizing the legacy of the late Chief.

Dema Naa died in Saturday, November 17, 2018 at a private health center in Tamale after complaining of chest pains.

He was buried the next day Sunday, November 18, 2018 according to the Islamic teachings.

Posters of the movie tittled “Dema Naa” (Loving Memory of Our Beloved King) emerged on social media featuring one of the best Dagbani Movie actors, Lawyer Gba’anli and some individuals are against it.

One of such persons identified as Nuhu Abdul Malik, a staff at the Tamale Teaching Hospital (according to his profile) appeared levied over the idea of monitaizing the death of Hafiz Dema-Naa so soon.

He poured his anger at the producers in a Facebook post sighted by Tamale Online News at about 12mid-night Tuesday, 27th November, 2018.

Abdul Malik considered it as wicked on the part of the movie makers to consider the idea at the expense the pains of the bereaved family could be going through at the moment.

He said;

”Wat a stupidity, why do u want to make money out of some ones sorrows n pains,it is too early for dis, how ll the wife and children feel if dis movie comes out, I suggest they should ban did movie from premiering… Fuck.”

As to whether producers of the movie have indulged or sought permission from family of the late Dema-Naa is another twist of the story Tamale Online is seeking to unravel.

In the comments section however, some people have also expressed different opinions on the matter including Dr Seidu Fitre, a regional communications member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Rapper Gaffachi Declares Himself King Of Hip Hop In The North

Controversial Zola Rapper, Gaffachi Payment has joined the kingship race by conferring on himself the tittle of “King of Hip Hop” in the Northern Region. 

The “Montana” rapper took to his Facebook page to make this pronouncement claiming he is in a confortable lead. 

He also says the throne is under look and key and no other emcee (rapper) is a match to him in the North.

It is unclear on what basis the artist believes the throne belongs to him in the entire Northern Region whiles his Zola mate, Maccasio is regarded “King or Rappers Jack”. 

However, other artist like T- Bird, Double Tee, Ataaka, Saani and S.K.Y (Tamale Bwoy) are big wigs in the hip hop genre in North. 

Don’t forget Gaffachi, Double Tee and S.K.Y have been throwing shades at each other in a lyrical battle.

Stop Music And Rear Cows – Patapaa Mocks Fancy Gadam




Ghanaian hiplife artist, Patapaa has again descended heavily on his colleague Fancy Gadam – this time ask him to quit music.

According to the commander in chief of the Patupa Soldiers who recently lost his manager, Fancy Gadam needs to quit music because there is a shortage of cow meat in the country.

The ‘One Corner’ hitmaker stated that he always feels to visit the toilet whenever he hears songs from the Northern musicking.

“His voice is not even good. Whenever I hear his songs, I feel like going to toilet,” he said.

Patapaa further emphasized that Fancy should leave music and go to cow farming.

“Just let him know that cow meat is now small. He better start one so we can get meat this Christmas,” Patapeezy added.
